Terms of Service

These terms apply to studio.thecreatorfunnel.com (the "site"), the site of The Creator Funnel Studio, which is operated by Alpha Lion Enterprises LLC, 3409 N 7th Ave, Ste C109 Unit 612, Phoenix, AZ 85013, USA ("we", "us", "our"). They cover your use of the site and the waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer.

Please read the "Disputes and arbitration" section carefully. It says that most disputes will be decided by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and that you give up the right to take part in a class action. You can opt out within 30 days.

About this site

This site describes The Creator Funnel Studio, a desktop app for producing YouTube videos that we are developing, and runs its waitlist. It is made by the team behind The Creator Funnel and runs on that platform.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist.

The waitlist and our emails

  • When you join the waitlist, you give us your first name, your email address and, if you like, your last name. We send you an email to confirm your address. Once you confirm, you are on the waitlist.
  • By joining you agree to receive emails from The Creator Funnel Studio (sent from our own address on studio.thecreatorfunnel.com) about the app: news while we build it, the launch, and your Free edition key.
  • That sending address does not receive email, so please don't reply to it. To reach us, use the contact form on this site.
  • Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click stops our emails.

In development

  • Joining the waitlist is free. It doesn't buy anything, reserve a price or create a contract for the software.
  • The Studio is still being built. The features, editions, limits, requirements and timing described on this site may change before launch, and we do not promise a release date.
  • Screenshots on this site are early previews from a prototype. The channels and videos shown in them are made-up examples.

The software itself

These terms do not give you any licence to the Studio software. When it is available, it will come with its own licence terms, which you will see before you install it. The Studio is designed to work with your own accounts at other companies (such as OpenRouter, HeyGen and Google for the YouTube Data API). Those accounts are governed by those companies' own terms, and they bill you directly.

Nothing is sold on this site at the moment. If we sell something here in the future, its price, what you get and its refund terms will be shown on its page before you buy, and these terms will be updated first. Plans for The Creator Funnel platform are sold on thecreatorfunnel.com under that site's own terms.

Using the site

You agree not to:

  • Use the site to send spam, or sign other people up without their permission.
  • Try to break, overload or get around the site's security, or access other people's data.
  • Use the site for anything illegal.

We may refuse service or block access to anyone who breaks these terms.

All content on the site and in our emails, including the text, images, screenshots and designs, belongs to Alpha Lion Enterprises LLC or its licensors.

Other sites

The site links to other sites, such as thecreatorfunnel.com. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites run by other companies.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

  • The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other promises about it.
  • To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim about the site or the waitlist is limited to US$50.
  • Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited or excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date it is posted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration agreement below.

Disputes and arbitration

  • Talk to us first. If you have a problem, please contact us through studio.thecreatorfunnel.com/contact. Before starting arbitration or a court claim, you and we agree to try to settle the dispute informally for 30 days after written notice.
  • Binding individual arbitration. If it is not settled, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court. The arbitration will be run by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration is Maricopa County, Arizona; hearings may be held by video or telephone instead if the arbitrator allows. Fees are paid as those rules provide. This means you and we each give up the right to go to court and have a jury decide the dispute, except for small claims.
  • Small claims. Either side may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court in Maricopa County, Arizona, or in the county where you live.
  • No class actions. You and we may bring claims only individually, not as part of any class, consolidated or representative action.
  • Opting out. You can opt out of arbitration by telling us in writing within 30 days of joining the waitlist, through our contact form or by post to the address below. Include your name, the email address you used, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.
  • Courts. Any dispute that is not arbitrated (including if you opt out, or if the arbitration agreement or the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim) will be heard in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
  • Your local rights. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing here takes away the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts.
